Planetary clock calculation is an ancient astrological method used to determine what activities are favorable within a particular time frame. It originated in Hellenistic astrology and may have roots in even older Babylonian astrology. The days of the week are named after the seven traditional planets, which are Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, the Sun, Venus, Mercury, and the Moon. Planetaro displays the ruling planet of the moment, and users can customize the combination of planetary rulers by moving forward or backward in time.
